Website terms

Terms of Service

These terms cover EBikePH website use, rider inquiries, applications, payments, and bike release requirements.

Website information

Website content is for general information, inquiries, pre-booking, and rider application support. Public pages do not guarantee approval, availability, a final price, a specific bike, or bike release.

Rider approval and bike release

Riders must provide truthful information, complete required identity and due-diligence steps, sign the applicable rider documents, receive staff approval, and satisfy deposit or payment requirements before a bike can be released.

Pricing and availability

Public prices, deposits, included services, and plan descriptions are subject to final EBikePH approval and the active offer shown in the rider portal or confirmed by EBikePH in writing. Pricing changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice and do not retroactively change an already-paid rental period.

Payments and proof

EBikePH may use GCash, QR Ph, card, bank transfer, or another approved payment channel. Riders must pay the exact amount for the correct due and keep the official payment reference. A screenshot alone is not final proof of payment; paid status depends on EBikePH records, confirmed payment records, or another trusted backend match.

Use of bikes

Approved riders may use EBikePH bikes only for lawful personal transport and lawful delivery or commercial work approved by EBikePH. Riders must not sublease, sell, pawn, hide, dismantle, tamper with, transfer, or use the bike for illegal, reckless, intoxicated, or unsafe activity.

Loss, theft, damage, and recovery

Loss, theft, avoidable damage, missing items, unpaid dues, and documented recovery costs may be charged under the signed rider agreement, handover record, and applicable law. EBikePH may use lawful recovery and collection steps only, and will not authorize threats, harassment, violence, trespass, public shaming, false statements, deceptive collection, or prohibited recovery methods.

Collection agencies and costs

If a rider does not pay, does not return a bike or issued item, remains unreachable, or leaves a dispute unresolved, EBikePH may refer, endorse, or assign the account, claim, recovery matter, or unpaid balance to an authorized collection agency, recovery provider, attorney, insurer, court, barangay, police authority, or other lawful service provider. The rider may be responsible for reasonable, documented, and legally allowed collection costs, recovery costs, attorney's fees, filing fees, litigation expenses, judicial costs, and related costs, subject to proof, fairness, and no double recovery.

Signed rider documents control

If a rider signs the EBikePH rider legal pack, the signed rider rental agreement, safety waiver, privacy consent, handover acknowledgement, staff approval record, and payment ledger control the rider relationship together with these website terms.
