Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee approval, slot availability, or bike release. The company may update offerings, requirements, and plan details at any time.
Riders are expected to provide accurate contact details and truthful booking information. Abuse of the booking flow, spam, or misleading submissions may be rejected.
