Do I need to pay a big amount upfront?
The flow is test-ride first. Exact deposit, release requirements, and rental terms are explained in Messenger before the bike is released.
Who is this e-bike rental for?
The launch is built for GrabFood, foodpanda, and ShopeeFood riders who need a work-ready e-bike around BGC and nearby delivery zones.
Do I need to be an active delivery rider?
The site is built for food delivery riders first. If you are not currently riding for a platform, message the team so they can confirm whether the launch offer fits your use case.
Where do I pick up the bike or do a test ride?
The launch hub is in BGC. That is where riders book test rides, pick up bikes, and get support.
What is included with the bike rental?
The public offer is centered on the EBike PH delivery bike, rider support, and a Messenger-led booking flow. Exact plan inclusions are confirmed in Messenger before release.
Can I still talk to a real person?
Yes. Messenger handles the first questions and booking flow, then a human can take over for anything special or urgent.
What payment methods do you accept?
The current payment methods are GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. Sales will confirm the exact payment step in Messenger after your test ride booking.
Is battery rental included with the bike?
No. Battery rental is shown as a separate product so riders can choose it based on their work needs.
What does care include?
Care and minor repairs are inclusive. Major repairs are not promised as part of the public website offer.
What happens if the bike needs servicing?
Message the page and the team will guide you on the next support step. Minor upkeep is included, but the site does not promise blanket coverage for every major repair scenario.
What is theft protection or GPS tracking?
Theft protection is a separate add-on product. GPS is used for recovery support, but the site does not promise guaranteed recovery.
How fast and how far can the launch bike go?
The launch bike is positioned at up to 45 km/h and up to 84 km of pedal-assist range, depending on rider weight, route, battery use, and daily delivery conditions.
What if I miss my test ride?
You can message the page again and the team will help you reschedule, subject to available slots.
